stickman-computing.org is a non-profit part of Stickman Computing which dedicates its resources to helping other non-profit organizations in their computing needs by providing hardware and software consulting as well as computing resources such as website, DNS, and mail list hosting.

Users of Stickman Computing resources agree to not abuse the resources of this system through mass or abusive emails, or by any other means which might constitute a denial of service attack on this or other systems or networks. Mass or abusive emails, SPAM (or Unsolicited Commercial Emails), or other abuses will result in permanent blocking of the user and/or IP address(es) at the Site Administrator's discretion and possible invoicing of the offending party for damages.

Users agree not to post any illegal or copyrighted material in mails or on websites hosted by or affiliated with Stickman Computing. Users agree that material posted on web sites not cause inordinate amounts of network bandwidth to be consumed.

All laws of any regulatory agencies must be adhered to.

In return, stickman-computing.org pledges to make effort to protect the privacy of those using Stickman Computing resources. Email addresses or other information of its users are not sold or transferred in any way and are used strictly for distribution of information that the user has requested. Every effort is made to secure the information related to the mailing lists at this site and ensure they remain private. Contents of email lists and memberships will only be disclosed upon request by any law enforcement agency or by the list's owner.

We also respect your privacy - we make every attempt to ensure that the postings to the various mail lists hosted here are appropriate, and that inappropriate posts are dealt with quickly. If you do not wish to receive emails from a mailing list hosted at this site, you may unsubscribe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by sending an unsubscribe request following the instructions listed at the bottom of each mail list email, the instructions you received when you joined the list, by contacting the site admin using the feedback form, or by contacting the owner of your mailing list. Naturally, if you ask a person to remove you, expect up to 24 hours to pass before your request is acknowledged and executed. We suggest you unsubscribe via the instructions provided you when you joined and at the end of each email.

All lists are opt-in mail lists only. You are on a mail list because you at some time, by personal contact, in writing, or via electronic means requested to be placed on a list. If you are on a list and you do not want to be, contact the site administrator immediately using the feedback form and unsubscribe from the mail list using the instructions you received when you were added to the list, or at the end of each email.

All mail lists require subscription confirmation before you are added. Available mail lists are not advertised. If you don't know the mail list you want to sign up for, don't ask. You would have found out about the list from the mail list owner.

Questions regarding this policy should be addressed to the Site Administrator via the feedback form provided.
